In a nutshell, tell us about yourself

I started working part-time at E Co. in January 2014. This was ideal for me as my children were younger, I also had small local businesses and working part-time gave me the flexibility to be able to dedicate time to my kids and businesses.

My background is rooted in HR & Office Management within the Travel, Publishing & Sales industry. I consider myself more creative than technical which I believe brings a well rounded dimention and balance to a team of highly technically-abled, extremely passionate and committed leaders.

In the past decade, the E Co team has become like family to me. The supportive and dynamic enviroment has been instrumental in my growth both professionally and personally. Balancing my work at E Co with the management of my small business has been ideal, as it allows me the flexibility for time in my property ventures.

What are you most proud of?

On a personal note, nothing is more important to me than my children – they are my greatest pride.

What are your loves?

Swimming, spending time with my children, BBQ on a warm day, property development

How do you like to spend your weekends?

I enjoy socialising with my two yourng adult children, my family and close friends.

What is the hardest thing you’ve done in the last year?

One of the hardest yet most recent challenge I faced this year is buying and renovating a property. It was a significant learning experience and provided immense satisfaction. The experience has fueled my ambition to develop properties for social housing, where I can make a meaningful impact by created homes that benefit the community.
