A Q&A with Lisa Pertot

In a nutshell, tell us about yourself.

I grew up in Trieste in Italy, where I studied International Relations. During my studies, I decided to travel to Siberia to spend six weeks volunteering. There, for the first time, I had the chance to understand how exciting it can be living in a foreign country and getting to know different cultures and approaches to life.

After that, I spent several months in Spain, France, Russia again, and ended up living in Madrid, where I have been working for the last 5 years. That first experience abroad allowed me to understand that my ideal job needed to offer me the opportunity to interact with people and organisations from different countries and regions, which is exactly what I am doing now at E Co.
