Building relationships with existing and new potential clients, partners, associates and local experts is extremely important for us.
The first contact with a new client or partner often happens at bid development stage: this connection represents for us the initial step towards what we hope will become a longstanding relationship – one based on mutual respect and a shared commitment of making our vision of a world sustainably transformed come true.
We have many strong relationships with key clients with whom we work on a regular basis through open tender processes as well as long-term and framework agreements.
Our network consists of more than 400 experts and companies from all over the world with whom we have worked or have been in contact with! As a matter of fact, almost all our assignments are implemented in collaboration with local experts and/ or companies based in the countries we are working in. This is key to ensure that all our assignments reflect the local conditions and needs.
Moreover, the involvement of local companies and experts ensures that everything we do is implemented based on a strong understanding of the local context and with the collaboration and support of key stakeholders, to ensure the activities we implement are aligned with local conditions and country and regional strategic objectives.
