TRANSCRIPT

Market assessments are an essential first step in any climate-related project. They provide the critical foundation for informed decision-making, helping you navigate the complexities and interdependencies of today’s markets.

At E Co, we provide tailored market assessments to a wide range of clients – from private investors to global funds, businesses to governments, and NGOs. Our assessments empower you with deep market insights, enabling you to understand the unique challenges and opportunities of each market.

Whether you’re exploring investment opportunities, shaping policy, or designing climate-friendly projects, our assessments provide the insights you need across all sectors and scales.

For example, we recently conducted Financial Services Market Reviews in nine countries for the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) to support the design of the Africa Rural Climate Adaptation Finance Mechanism (ARCAFIM) funded by the Green Climate Fund. This project, spanning nine countries in East and Southern Africa, will help to unlock climate adaptation finance for rural communities. Our assessment identified opportunities to increase climate finance flows through local financial institutions, enabling small-scale producers and micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to access the finance they need to build resilience to climate change.

With our comprehensive market assessments, you can unlock the potential of your market and prepare for transformative impact. Contact us to find out more.
