One of the true joys of working at E Co. lies in its diversity. Given the field we work in, this is a foundational part of being able to do the work we do – complex challenges require a complex understanding of the world around us. Our team members are dotted across the globe and it’s this breadth of backgrounds, skills and perspectives which allows E Co. to deliver that top-quality work. It allows us to empathise well with our global clients, and really grasp the challenges the communities we work with are facing. On a day-to-day basis, this diversity makes for a hugely vibrant workplace.
It’s a company which also doesn’t shy away from hearing each person’s voice, so you end up in an environment where you can be challenged on your perspective, by those who possess so many different views. That’s what really drives the learning and delivers the holistic results we’re all ultimately pursuing – this is probably my favourite part of working at E Co.
