Estefania Baltazar

Estefania is an economist with a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford and over eight years of experience working at the intersection of public policy, infrastructure, and sustainable development. She has held senior roles in the Government of Peru, where she led the design and management of public–private partnerships (PPPs) in infrastructure and advised on regulatory frameworks to improve investment efficiency. Her experience spans both the public and private sector, combining policy expertise with hands-on project management. Estefania has taken on a role as a Senior analyst at E. Co, where she supports international projects in renewable energy and the energy transition. She is currently strengthening her expertise in climate finance and sustainability, with a particular interest in integrating gender and social inclusion into climate-related infrastructure projects.
