Assignment win | EBRD GCAP Osh

We are pleased to share that E Co. has been mentioned in a recent European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) press release in connection with the EBRD Green Cities programme, recognising our ongoing work supporting the City of Osh, Kyrgyzstan.

Supporting Osh’s Green City Action Plan (GCAP)

As part of the EBRD Green Cities programme, E Co. is providing technical assistance to the City of Osh in developing its Green City Action Plan (GCAP), a strategic framework that identifies key environmental challenges and translates city-level climate ambition into concrete, investable actions, with a focus on water and wastewater management.

The GCAP process provides cities with priority interventions and financing pathways to enable local delivery, a critical phase in the sustainability journey. But, what is the practical nature of the work: our Principal consultant, and Project Lead, Riccardo Magini tells us that:

A truly collaborative effort

What distinguishes the Osh GCAP is the depth of partnership underpinning it, and due attention given to essential stakeholder collaboration and engagement. As Riccardo notes:

Looking ahead

We are proud to be contributing to the EBRD Green Cities programme and to supporting Osh on its path toward a more sustainable and climate-resilient future.
