In this interactive training session, E Co.’s CEO, Grant Ballard-Tremeer, and Consultant, Debasmita Boral-Rolland provided an in-depth analysis of what a Theory of Change (ToC) is and how it fits into the complex wider ecosystem of a climate finance funding proposal. They discussed the general approach that should be applied to a Theory of Change, how they differ from logical frameworks, how a ToC should be developed within GCF project proposals, and how to develop a Theory of Change using seven key steps.
